Though I gained weight, on the same day, I did measure the body composition. My Body Fat percentage dropped from 30,4% to 27%, while the muscle mass increases. This is a good indication that I am still on the right track. So I don't worry too much about the weight gain. Another good indicator is, my pants is getting looser though I gained weight. :) Cheers!
