I haven't been that good on the diet. I've pretty much eaten whatever I want, which includes greasy chicken burgers from Fresgo's Restaurant, a 12 ounce steak at The Keg, lot's of pop, tons of sweets like chocolate and huge ice cream cones, tons of snacks like potato chips, chocolate bars and candy. In all, I think I did very badly at this diet.
