So it has been an up and down few weeks and days I have had a few days I have been able to do some workouts and get my diet going well. The work has slowly come to an end, I still have three weeks of work but I can soon I more workouts and get myself to where I want to be. I will be moving my goal weight once I achieve the first goal weight. The doctor wants me down to about 77kgs my first goal is to get to 99kgs.
Hopefully some more walking out and about once I feel more comfortable going places and all. I am headed to Queensland in October so going to do some big walking around with a friend as she too is looking to lose weight. She is using me as inspiration to lose weight, so we will see how this one goes.
