I think i did ok today..I got to hungry while at the doctors office so after i left i stopped at wendys and got a grilled chicken wrap which wasnt bad but then i had to stop and get gas and when i went inside they had sweet and spicy chicken andi was still hungry so i got an order of it and i ate it all and i know it was probably 2 or 3 servings.but i coulndt stop my self..i hate being a weak person when it comes to food.after i got home from the doctors i had to take a nap when i got up i ate a piece of baked chicken no skin and half of a small biscuit.then i took my dog for a 30 minute walk.then i had to bath the kids and do homework with them and put them to bed i am exhausted .............hopefully tomorrow will be a better day and i can control my urges..
