OK..... so I haven't been working out the last couple of days because I sprained both ankles on Friday.... stairs are not my friends!! I am going to try to do some Wii today. I did pretty well over the weekend considering that I had three parties to go to. I took my own food. On Friday, I had my engagement party and the bad thing for me that night was the alcohol. I did have two flour tortillas for my fajitas, but was really good not adding anything extra to them. I drank over 2000 calories!! Shame on me for sure! I am still following extreme fat smash pretty well though and will be finding out how bad that messed me up on the scale in just a little bit. I am back on track now and am looking forward to reaching my goals!
