Jienger's Journal, 09 August 2007

Hi guys,

My trainer at the gym took my measurements and I shrunk some more, that is always great, but I don't think I lost as much weight as I did on the previous Detox back in May I think I only loss between 3-5 pounds that sucks, but he says its because I have an established workout schedule and I am more fit then the average beginner. I need those numbers to move, but I will be happy with what I get because there is always Phase II and I think the added protein will balance me out. So here is to kicking butt and not pulling my hair out tomorrow morning on weigh in-if I have a small loss I'll rejoice for it. ...A loss is a loss and that means I no longer carry it on my body. The support here has been soooooo great I love it and love you guys...enough rambling here’s my menu for today:

August 9, 2007 Thursday

7:00am yogurt, apple & boiled egg
10:00am banana
12:00pm gym workout…….. kickboxing
1:00pm salad & orange
4:00pm Apple
6:40pm Brown Rice & String Beans
7:45-8:45pmRun/walk

You are doing such a great job, you are gaining beutiful muscle and the scale won't take that into account.

I wish you the best on your weigh in, but like you said a loss is a loss and as long as you are still loosing the inches you are doing great! I am proud of you and I know you can do this!!! Keep up the great attitude!

Inches mean everything. You are doing great. You should be proud of yourself. Great job.

Inches mean more than the weight sometimes - don't forget that you are turning some of that into muscle and we all know that muscle weighs more than fat. Awesome job!!
