There was a pretty good string of posts going about low-carbing while pregnant. I've been pretty careful about getting enough carbs. It's sort of taken some effort after low-carbing for so long; I feel guilty eating fruit sometimes! But I'm right on track weight-wise, I feel great, and I've been writing down everything I eat so I can make sure I'm getting enough good carbs. Still no sugar, no refined flour, stuff like that. I'm shooting for no more than a 20 lb. gain. I wish I had eaten like this during my first pregnancy.
