New Inspiration!
I re-set my goal weight to 125 lbs. I guess this is the only way to move my ass and at least achieve the 130 lbs... and then go for more if needed! I took my measurements today, my weight and gave myself the last day to eat whatever and however... even tho it's healthy foods, there is too much sweets I must admit and portions are bigger than they should be.
I didn't go to gym for a week because of TOM and then I was sick.
From Monday on... I WILL attend the gym regularly, record my daily food intake (yes.. the painful thing-but it works!!) and also record my daily exercise!
Hopefully I stay this motivated and can achieve my 5-10 lbs loss before July 2010! Wish me luck and lots of discipline... my self-control will play the biggest role in my journey. :)

Hi Mirej! I think you're doing the right thing here. I totally understand about the portions, mine became bigger lately and I had to go back to recording what I ate, just to realize how many calories I had. re-setting your goal will give you a new motivation. wish you lots of will power and dedication!

Thank you BluePearl, I know your intentions are right :) I agree that luck has really nothing to do with it! If I could win the lottery the same way I'd work on it!! LOL
