I think I may have finally broken through this first plataeu... I've been trying to excercise even more. Friday I did my 2 mile walking tape in the morning and then came home and did the 4 mile. I was getting very frustrated that I wasnt able to leave the 230's. I am getting ready to do my 4 mile tape again. Its only a week til our next Biggest Loser weigh in and I've only lost 5 lbs since the last one. I'd really like to loose another 5 by then. Perhaps if I do more excercise, that will jump start things? :\
