I remember now what it was like the first couple of days with the sudden reduction in eating. It was fine after a week of being good, but right now I could tear someone's head of for a fry-up or burger or frankly anything!

I also know it'll get better if I see it through and just get to the other side of this weekend. I actually do enjoy the fact that I can survive on fruit during the day then have a decent meal in the evenings, it feels healthier and I feel a lot less bloated once the bread and alcohol has totally left the system.

Its just.... getting there... ;-)

I've just gone nuts and eaten 135 cals of chicken slices and another 25 cals of tomatoes, feels better man and I resisted the junk :-)

On that buzz right now too buddy. Tried to get on the wagon last week but failed miserably. So started again today, gotta tough it out. Good luck buddy
