Where do I begin? I am unhappy with the way I am. I used to be 160 lbs or so. However, for my height, thats way overweight. I find it hard to exercise because I don't like doing it alone. I am taking a trip with my husband and daughter in July to Florida, and I want to be looking a little good. And then in October, my grandmother and I are going to Aruba. I can't seem to find the motivation to help me get off my butt nor can I find the right activities to make me want to exercise. HELP!
