Holy crap and I ever exhausted! Had "Spring Fling" with the cub scouts today. The whole family went, including our2 yr old son, who is NOT petite. Camp is built on the side of a mountain and there is lots of hiking involved btwn different activities. Too much for the litte guy to walk it all, so I pushed him all over the side of that mountain today in the jogging stroller. I logged in 4 hrs of hiking, but honestly we were there from 9:30 am to 3 pm.

All that activity left me famished, so ended up really high over my RDI, but comparing it to the amount of activity I had today, I still ended up burning a ton of calories. And my glutes got a kick ass workout, sorry, pun totally intended, haha!
