Well i feel good this am. I have been doing well on this diet and also i have felt good also (physically and emotionally). This is good for me cause i really battle depression and fatigue, so i am thrilled that i am feeling so great. My clothes are fitting good. It is really true what they say, the better you look the better that you are treated by others. This is a sad statement but one that is so true and I have noticed it in the last week or so. Some things that I wanna work on this month are better exercise habits, this one should be easy since this is the month that it warms up around here. Another thing that i would like to work on is my fingernails taking good care of them and doing maincures like every couple days or so. I have the time to do this at work so I should use this time for this. I think that all of these are obtainable goals so here goes nothing or should i say everything. 127 here i come-Amber

Hi Amber--Sounds like you've got a great attitude and looks like you are making good progress--Congrats and keep it up! I, too, am working on improving my exercise habits, so I can relate. I think that has been the hardest part of this for me, so good to know I'm not alone!
