I lost all control yesterday, even though the day had started with the best intentions. Having to show Toula around town, I decided that we would stop on a patio to catch up. One drink turned into 3, and then hunger kicked in... it was all downhill from there. Mountains of Chips, apple pie, and beers... I'm not hapy with the decisions i took yesterday, but I quickly jumped back on the wagon today. Hopefully that little blip did not produce too much damage.
