I downloaded this app in 2016 when I was 'determined' to lose weight. I didn't stick with it and deleted the app soon after I'd downloaded it. Once again I've resumed my journey, except this time I'm more dedicated to my cause. I started a complete dietary change in January when I went to the hospital and weighed in at 181.5lbs. For someone who is only 5ft &1 1/2" that was a wake up call. Since then I've come down to 167.5lbs and I decided today that I want to resume keeping track of my calorie intake as well. Plus the community that I get with the app is a bonus. My next step is to get a fit bit or something like it to count the calories I burn.
