Today is my first day with the Slim Fast plan. I have always loved Slim Fast in the past. Its an easy breakfast for me. I am going to stick to the plan they have laid out now however. Make sure I drink plenty of water!! So far so good, I am not starving hungry when I am getting hungry its time for me to snack or eat anyway. They taste great! I'm excited :)
