早起做环保早餐,烤制的pancake。香蕉一只(160g左右),面粉50g,蛋清2只,泡打粉2g,小苏打少许,蓝莓适量。无油无糖!无糖无油!借了香蕉的甜味......6寸大,380卡。吃四分之三,也不超300卡,safe!任何一个减肥的人都有一颗资深吃货的心🤪
