I´ve just been out walking 2.9 kilometers, at 6 KM/H. I would have walked 5.25, but before I got halfway through it, I had to pee. So I rushed home, and went to the toilet.
FS is really effective, I´ve already cutted of over 100 calories from my breakfast (which was a pretty healthy breakfast). Hopefully I´ll eat even less calories.
Of some weird reason, I´ve gained 900 grams in a night, and I had eaten less than I´ve burned yesterday!!

Make sure to weigh yourself after you go to the bathroom and before you eat or drink if weighing yourself in the morning :D

That´s what I did. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I started my "diet" yesterday, so my body quickly saved lots of calories because it thought I didn´t have access to the same amount of food (just a guess, I don´t know what it could possible be).
