Pretty good day. I made a wonderful pumpkin cheesecake that I almost can't get enough of. It's strangely addicting and I think I'll go eat more of it. Thankfully, when I calculated it it was approximately 2.5 net carbs per serving (1/12). If anyone would like, I'll give you the recipe! :)
