I just thought I would catch up with you all I haven't posted in a very long time. Been very busy with work and kids being out for the summer. I am happy to report that I reached my goal plus some on the fat smash and I am probably at the smallest size ive been in about 10+ years. I feel wonderful. I hope everyone else is still doing well on plan and know goals can be reached you just have to want it bad enough. Total weight loss for me over the past 3 years has been 135lbs and I'll tell you its been a journey to say the least. Lots of slip ups and lots of give ups, but I always got back up and tried again thats all you can do. We are only human and we are not perfect we all make mistakes and it is up to us to get back up and try again. Good luck to you all in your weight loss endeavors and I'll check in every now and then to see how you all are doing...
