I have a wedding in two days and I was hoping to hit below 170lbs I even hoped for 169.9 to feel accomplished. But we can’t force what takes time I have steady dropped an average of 2.0/ 2.5lbs/week. Low sugar/carbs as possible 😊😎 I got this!

That's really good weight loss! I don't know what woe you are on. If on LCHF maybe throw in a fast day or two - that may kick you down to 169 before the wedding.

Yes I’m trying the water fast right now ... thank you I just do as little sugar and carbs as humanly possible keeping eggs , fish, chicken tofu pork and a little red meat in my diet! I start around 1,000 to 1,200 calories per day! I’m not Eating any fruit at all but do eat spinach, Mushrooms, leeks, little onion too many carbs but crucial to flavor food lots of spices different types of curry to keep it interesting! Good luck
