Started Dukan 18 March and weighed 106.5kg. Today being August, 10th I'm at 97.5kg. I lost 10kgs but since the start of Ramadaan its been much harder to discipline myself when i break fast at night. However, I've decided to start gyming again every night, sometimes i jog for 30mins and other times for a full hour, just depends on my mood. I have also started doing some stomach crunches and this seems to have firmed up my tummy quite noticably. So I will continue and hope to get to about 90kg for my wedding. Inshallah i will achieve this goal as i am very motivated.
