Weighed myself this morning even though yesterday I told myself I was not going to weigh in until Sautrday morning (tomorrow). I am 138.4 which is up .2 pounds. I really want to be at 137.5 for tomorrow. Even at that rate, I am losing very slowly. The goal for today is to eat a light dinner and only have one drink tonight. I have already packed my lunch. I just need to make sure I do not snack tonight. I can do it!!!! I want my weigh in to be less tomorrow. The goal is to be going down in weight, not up.
