This weekend was great!!! I actually got up early on the weekend to make sure I stuck with the schedule. I just hope the scale moves, to me I look the same but maybe its my imagination. here is yesterday and todays menu:

August 6, 2007 Monday

6;35am yogurt , banana & milk
10:00am apple
12:00pm Gym-work elliptical , treadmill, stairmaster
1:00pm soup
4:00pm oranges
6:40pm Salad
7:30-8:30pmRun/walk

August 7, 2007 Tuesday

6;35am yogurt & apple
10:00am apple
12:00pm Gym-work elliptical, treadmill, stair master
1:00pm salad
4:00pm fresh fruit cup
6:40pm collard greens & kiwi
7:30-8:30pmRun/walk
