ugh so I cheated on my keto diet today I was so frustrated that my weight and inches haven't moved at all so now my weight will be up tomorrow disnt have anything overly bad but still cheated I had a spinach wrap steak sandwich from subway disnt think it was as many carbs as it really was when I just looked it up I wanted to die ... tomorrows a new day
