Day 13:
Ate very little yesterday, had breakfast, a protein bar for lunch and half a protein shake for dinner with a side of potato chips (I couldn’t resist).
227.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
