Struggling - so I took today off (sort of)... I only binged on healthyish food... here's the new plan in addition to all the awesome things I'm already doin...
1. Lowered my RDI by 100 calories: 1200 2. No more eating after 6pm 3. Setting my alarm for 6am to be at the gym by 7am 4. Picking 1 class at the gym this week to take part of (over and above my workouts)
Things I did great today:
1. Went for breakfast with a friend and ate healthy 2. Bought fresh items at the farmers market 3. Established some great goals for this work week (my Monday is tomorrow) 4. Drank lots of water today 5. Took my supplements and vitamins
