7 hours in to a fast now. I broke my last one at 18 because i was seriously wanting some stir fry. I did make it my self so it wasnt take out. I keep a pretty wild schedual so my sleep is irregular. Some days i get a full 8 hours some days its more like 10 or 14 hours and some days its like 4 or 5 hours. Those days suck.
