I've spent five days in Tampa Bay, FL area with a dear friend. I loved every minute and look forward to my next visit. She did make healthy meals and offered melons and berries with each meal. I didnt record any of it due to not having a scale to get the amount. Besides, I was on vacation. Even from the diet on a few meals. I managed to only gain a pound. But that was weighting in the evening and after drinking some water.
I'm back to the diet with a refreshed outlook and goals.
