1427 kcal Fat: 50.90g | Prot: 48.40g | Carb: 173.90g.   Breakfast: Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, skim milk. Lunch: wheat greek pita, carrots, avocado, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Salad Dressing, Tomatoes, Black Beans, Hearts of Romaine, cucumber. Dinner: pinot grigio, grilled artichoke, iceberg wedge, vinaigrette, mango, avocado, thousand island dressing, jumbo shrimp. Snacks/Other: Coffee with Skim Milk, Low fat Chocolate Chip Cookie, wint o green mints. more...
