Thanks, guys. Skitz, I'm aiming to lose weight in FIVE pound increments. I haven't even lost 5 pounds in 6 weeks. Lame.
Yes, I know I could try HARDER. . . I think we can ALWAYS try harder, but if I'm honest with myself, I am trying pretty darn hard. Yes, I've had some bad days, but compared to how I was eating PRIOR to January, I have drastically altered my diet and upped my exercise. It just doesn't seem to make sense that the scale will not move. Ugh.
I won't give up, because if I do, I'll be even more miserable.
