I am officially in the Fat Burning "Zone." After a quick urine check this morning, I am finally showing some signs of Ketone. I was starting to worry that I wasn't going to adjust, and three days in (after I pigged out before hand on barbecue with molasses sauces - I love me that bbq), I am finally back to the fat burning zone. We'll see how it goes, and hopefully the "atkins flu" will subside by the end of the week and I can start exercising again.
