Another day under RDI yesterday, despite the two scoops of chocolate ice cream I had in the evening :)
I went out for the day by myself, as my hosts had to work, and spent time exploring and getting into conversations with local people. I didn't eat from breakfast time until I came home in the late afternoon because it's Ramadan, and although tourists are eating and are free to eat, I still didn't want to attract attention. So I skipped lunch and had a late afternoon snack of grapes and almonds which was enough to see me through until dinner.
I'll be really surprised if I haven't lost any weight this week when I can finally get on the scales next Monday - but you never know, my body may go into starvation defence mode and try to cling on to the fat!
