so...the scale has given me a positive (actually a minus) reading today...down 2 lbs! i ate not the greatest yesterday, truth be told, so i'm not sure what is up (down lol) with the scale, but i'll take it!! today i'll try to be better, i promise myself! good luck/work me and everyone else out there😊
