well I was a bad girl yesterday I ate a whole solid chocolate bunny, it was 142g of very good belgian chocolate. I'm paying for it today with a bad case of blood sugar out of control.

I have to remember that if I want chocolate I have to have the no sugar added kind, the real stuuf is just to hard on my body.
