Yesterday I went to Trader Joe’s to get some vegetables and it’s soooo incredible that I don’t have any cravings for the sweets in store! I used to love those stuff! So I had some vegetables, meat and sweat potatoes (as carbs) yesterday and I can’t believe I keep losing weight! I thought after the cleanse once I start eating I would gain a little bit but no! Wow!
