Gained 0.2 today. This seems more like stagnation instead of maintenance. Ate quite a few 100 cal Popsicles yesterday and half a bag of baked potato chips. Definitely need to count calories religiously and stick to the exercise regimen. If I'm becoming disciplined with my writing I don't see why my weight loss program should suffer.
