New day, new beginnings, new goals! Today I will begin my journey to loose weight to become a healthier ME. This past month I became a grandma to a beautiful baby girl and I want to be around for Ella Marie for a very long time. I want to enjoy all that God has blessed me with especially my family.
I am very happy with myself and if I want a piece of chocolate I will eat it, but let’s be realistic I need to keep track of my intake or I will eat junk food all day long and welcome unwanted invaders into my body that can make me ill! 😜 Today’s date was suppose to be my daughters due date to deliver my granddaughter but she delivered early. So what a more perfect date then today to start my diet journey! A date that I will never forget ❤️
I will begin with a prayer every day and go to bed thanking God for guiding me and giving me strength to carry on. Let’s do this ME! here we go......
