At 2pm I was starving , I was trying to wait till 4pm. But I failed lol. I ate 1/2 the naked taco bowl An was full I guess I wasn’t that hunger lol. I’m a faster eater lol An the type that stand in the kitchen. I’m trying to eat two bites then put plate down then eat to slow down
Ooooo I can’t Wait till morning I came up with a perfect idea I have the halo top ice cream (70 cal for 1/2 cup)I also have enlightenment chocolate ice cream (60 cal 1/2 cup)
I was thinking add half a cup ice cream in with my amazing grass protein and kale powder (150 cal) with pb fit peanut butter powder which is only 70 cal for 2 tablespoons lol mmmm yummy
