Done set my eating schedule for the next three weeks!!!
Monday-Friday 52% protein 34% fat 14% carbs
Saturday-Sunday Fruits and Vegetables
These pounds should drop in no time since I'll be in a caloric deficit at 1730 my RDI is 2400 that's 670 calorie difference.
