The weekends always seem to get me! Back where I started. Need to push myself this week. Only problem is, I don't know if I can. I'll try though... :\

***MORNING WORKOUT***
Day 6: (Took the weekend off) Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights
Overhead Press: 3 sets of 10
Crunches: 4 sets of 25

***TODAY'S FOOD***
Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Apricot mix-in, shake mix, frozen mango
cubes, water, ice)
Lunch:
Dinner:
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
