Okay. I have not made any significant progress in a month or so (nor have I gone backward). I am going to get back on it and get rid of these last 17-25 pounds. My diet is going to get tightened up. My bicycling which had tapered off a bit due to a shoulder injury will become more consistent (at least 3 days per week), although less frequent than before because I now run 1-2 days per week. My plan is to incorporate some regular resistance exercise (free weight and bodyweight)as well as better caloric intake control.
