Wasn’t sure Keto was for me...but when I hit menopause full on, my sugar cravings and potato chip cravings escalated immensely!!!

So 1 1/2 months in...absolutely no sugar cravings! Have lost major body fat and so excited to keep going. Love, love this app. It helps me keep my macros in check.

Kudos to all who are fighting the good fight to A healthy lifestyle. You CAN DO IT!!! Perseverance is key!!!!

Keto has “cured” my sweets/ carbs addiction too! I was losing more before Keto but still poisoning my body with junk on a consistent basis. I feel healthier now
