Weekends are tough. I am not sure what makes them tough. Maybe it is hanging out with family and my desire to just "be in the moment." I am inclined to believe that my unhealthy relationship with food may be the culprit. I tend to use food as my reward for a “job well done.” I know I need to find a reward that does not involve sabotaging my efforts to love myself well. Goal for the week….find non-food related rewards and ways of celebrating.

I too had a tough time this weekend. We can do it though. I have to remind myself that I am going to choose to be in control. Its a new week now and our positive changes start today :-)
