SO I ate 4 small meals today, feel totally full but only ate 988 calories!! how does that work! lol.

Had a pretty stressful and emotional day but things will be fine.

Weighed myself in Publix today and I think the scales lied! so I'm gonna weigh myself in the morning hehe, I couldn't have lost 4 pounds over 3 days, silly!!
