Decided to have the diary like everyone else. I thought I was in a pretty good shape until my friend recorded a video where I look not just “not skinny” but kinda overweight. That shocked me. And it’s not just a picture, it’s a video. So here we go. Back on track, back to exercising and eating right habits.

At first I put a picture of a girl that I really like as a wallpaper on my phone - so every time I want to eat smth bad I’ll look at it and ask myself a question: would it bring me to her look? And majority of times the answer is no. That helped me today to refuse cheesecake, salty candies and the second plate of food. I hope it’ll help me to say no to beer and pretzels tonight at baseball too, 🤞
