Today is my relaxation day, checked out a neat little place called the butterfly house today, and went to dinner, I chose all my food before hand but indulged a little in the bread and that is were they get ya with the load of calories.Tomorrow I have upper body weights to do, looking forward to it!

Those bread baskets are evil. We've not been having bread with our dinner lately; however, the boyfriend had a craving and thought it would be a treat with the family up. I figured I would let myself have one thin slice, which turned into two...then a third as I was putting dinner away... I really need to work that willpower muscle. I keep telling myself that it is I that is responsible for what goes into my mouth. I can't hold others responsible to not have it around. It's my choice.... The bread or a cute butt...which do I want :)

Ha! Ha! Bread or a cute butt,luv it. I'm a bread, pastry, and ice cream luva so I try to keep it out of sight/out of mind. I thought I could just have one piece but I was wrong. I need to work on it. Next time I'll think bread or slimmer thighs!
