today is my birthday. I went out last night and was noticing the other women there, wrinkly, unhappy-looking, overdone, and yet only about ten years older than me. I look about ten years younger than i should, and I want to stay that way! I could tell that those other women spend alot of time in bars, drinking & smoking, and just basically don't take care of themselves, and they certainly don't eat well & exercise. and even tho they laughed and smiled, they were not happy. I want to be happy, healthy, and live a quality life. for the rest of my life. I want to feel good, live good, and truly BE good to myself. starting now. today.
