Doing Keto for 2 weeks now. lost almost 5 pounds. I bought the rest strips and I'm definitely in ketosis 😉 Its been challenging for me because I'm doing IF also..3 meals a day for 3 days, 2 meals a day for 3 days then 1 meal a day for 3 days..repeat..I'm a truck driver so it's been hard not "bored eating" while I drive and then packing meals to take on the truck. I've done real good and not strayed which I'm proud of. I've started listening to audio books while I drive and I'm caught up in the stories so it distracts me from snacking. So breakfast and lunch I packed for my long day tomorrow. I'll be home in time to make my dinner. Breakfast is 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices pre-cooked bacon and a mini can of low sodium V8 juice. Lunch is salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and Ranch dressing..and an adult Lunchable with Low carb crackers, Amish trail bologna and Amish smoked cheddar. 😉 http://i.imgur.com/FumbXtA.jpg
149.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
