Good morning and happy Saturday, my friends.
Well, my deranged mind has done it again. I created a new Saturday routine for myself. Since it is, in most cases, a day off for me I either do a leg day or skip my workout altogether. Today, I kind of "rocked my boat" and came up with a HIIT routine for myself. I am reading "The Keto Reset Diet" by Mark Sisson. One of his chapters deals with including HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) into one's routine. So here was my first Saturday HIIT. #notaquitter #gogetter
Here was my routine:
Warm-up: walk on treadmill (5 minute)
short sprints (5 x 1minute)
burpees (5 x 10)
stationary sprints (5 x 30 sec) cooldown: Superset (4 sets) knee tucks (x 40) Side Bridges (x20) each side stomach Vaccuums (1 minute)
